Who we are
Levrg Automations Ltd. is a company registered in England & Wales. We operate the Levrg voice AI platform at levrgautomations.com. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are a data controller for website visitor data and a data processor for call data handled on behalf of our business clients.
What we collect
Website visitors
- Pages visited and time spent (anonymous analytics)
- Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, message)
- Basic technical information (browser, device type, approximate location)
Call data (for business clients)
- Phone numbers of callers
- Call recordings and transcripts
- Request contents (orders, bookings, enquiries, addresses)
- Call metadata (duration, outcome, timestamps)
Why we collect it
Website data is used to respond to enquiries and improve the site. Call data is processed to handle the caller's request, dispatch it to the business's systems, and provide post-call analytics to the business.
Where it's stored
All personal data is stored on EU-based infrastructure (Germany). We do not transfer personal data outside the UK/EU without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

How long we keep it
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default, unless the business client requests a different retention period. Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months.
